Abstracts are invited for Poster presentations only

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Awards will be presented for 3 Best posters.
2. All participants/Speakers are requested to submit a digital version of their presentation/ poster to asiconcme@gmail.com.
3. They should bring along the physical poster (3 x 4 feet) on the second day of the CME at CSOI, New Delhi on 7th May.
4. Everybody should submit an abstract of upto 300 words on the email address for their poster presentations by 20th April 2023. Abstract received after the deadline will not be considered for presentation..
5. The Programme committee will be responsible for selecting the posters for the best poster award.

ABSTRACT DETAILS ( for posters)

1. All abstracts will be accepted only in MS Word format.
2. Abstracts must be submitted in English, Times New Roman, Font size 12.
3. Abstracts Title to be limited to 25 words in Sentence Case.
4. The abstract text to be limited to 300 words (not including titles and authors) and is to be structured with the following headlines:
   • Introduction
   • Material & Methods
   • Results
   • Conclusions

Please do not include tables, graphs and images in the abstract All abstracts should include a Title page. It should carry the following information :

1. Title of the article.
2. Name of each contributor (Last name, first name and initial of middle name)
3. The name of the department(s) and institution(s) to which the work should be attributed
4. The name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address of the contributor responsible for correspondence.
5. Word count of the abstract.
